Executive Coaching

A private partnership with one leader, who leaves knowing what to do next.

For athletes, founders and executives at a decision they can't easily reverse. A cross-functional thought partner, and the read you need to make the call.

01 · Is this for you?

You'll get the most from it if you:

  • have goals you're committed to, and a decision standing between you and them
  • are stepping into a role your last one didn't fully prepare you for
  • need to position what you already know in a new environment
  • want someone outside your organization who has carried decisions like yours

It isn't a fit if you:

  • want someone else to supply the drive
  • want a template answer or a quick win
  • aren't ready to have your assumptions challenged

For athletes specifically

Most athletes are managed as clients by a team of specialists, each optimizing their own piece. Coaching here treats you as the executive: the one who sets the vision, aligns the team behind it, and makes the calls on brand, business and the investments put in front of you.

02 · How the ninety days run

Six sessions over ninety days, built on Creating Separation™:

  1. Read the terms. What you've actually been handed, who set it, and what it was built to do.
  2. Self-Scout. Grade your own tape: strengths, gaps, and the team around you.
  3. Read the field. The stakeholders, the market, the timing.
  4. Make the move. The decision, the sequence, and how you'll know it's working before the results come in.

You leave with the decision made, a plan you can execute, and a written outcome to hold yourself to. Six months of Separation OS is included, to keep the method working after we finish.

03 · Investment

$4,500 a month

Three-month minimum, billed monthly, so $13,500 is the floor. The retainer is how it's paid; the work runs as six sessions over ninety days.
