- Information you send us. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, organization and anything else you choose to enter. When you request a download, we collect the details that form asks for.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to you, to understand what you're asking for and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Service providers
We use service providers to host this site, store form submissions and deliver email. They process information only to provide those services to us.
Newsletter
From the Desk is published on Substack. If you subscribe there, Substack's privacy policy applies to that subscription.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationships, and then delete them.
